May 14th work day

We worked out at East End for about 3 1/2 hours this morning along with Erin Elizabeth Cole and Bruce. We got a lot of maintenance done. Erin ran the leaf blower and worked on removing brush along the road while Bruce and I ran the string trimmer and trimmer mower. I also put down 4 gallons of poison ivy and brush spray. I was glad to see that some of the English ivy I sprayed last time is dying.

The last dumpster load of tires was removed this morning. A special thanks to the Henrico County Public Works department for providing the dumpster. We ended up removing 3 dumpster loads of tires which was probably around 1500 tires.
